TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 AUDI QUATTRO A4. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 15 MPH WHEN THE VEHICLE FAILED TO SHIFT PROPERLY. THE ENGINE EXHIBITED AN ABNORMAL INCREASE IN RPM'S DURING THE FAILURE.
