FIRESTONE STEELTEX, LT245/R7516. DOT UNKNOWN, WHILE TRAVELING ON THE HIGHWAY AT 60 MPH THE TREAD ON THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE TIRE SEPARATED RAPIDLY, RESULTING IN COMPLETE DESTRUCTION OF THE TIRE. AS RESULT, IT DAMAGED THE BUMPER OF THE VEHICLE. *AK
