TREAD SEPARATION ON FIRESTONE TIRE, NOTE THAT THE TIRE WAS BEING DRIVEN ON A STRAIGHT, SMOOTH PAVED HIGHWAY AT OR BELOW LAWFUL SPEED LIMIT.
