NO FACTORY INSTALLED HEAD RESTRAINTS WITCH I BELIEVE CAUSED A RUPTURED DISK IN MY NECK DURING A REAR END COLLISION I WAS INVOLVED IN. GENERAL MOTORS SAW FIT TO PUT HEAD RESTRANTS IN THERE CARS BUT NEGLECTED TO AFFORDE THE SAME SAFETY TO PICK UP TRUCK OWNERS.
