CLEARANCE LIGHTS HAVE FALLEN OFF TWICE, HITTING, WINDSHIELD, WHILE DRIVING. ASSEMBLY HANGING BY WIRES. BRAKET FOR DRIVER'S SEAT SWIVEL HAS BROKEN 3X'S WHILE DRIVING NO INITIAL SIGNS BEFORE SEAT MOVES.
