4 safety recalls, most serious first
1. Brakes
What's wrong, in plain English: Anything that slows the car down. Treat brake recalls as urgent. The brake pedal may disconnect from the brake booster pushrod, causing a loss of brake function. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 105, "Hydraulic and Electric Brake Systems."
What could happen: A loss of brake function increases the risk of a crash.
The fix: Owners are advised not to drive their vehicles until the remedy has been completed. Dealers will inspect and repair the brake booster assembly as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 24, 2026. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recal…
What to do
- Do not drive this vehicle until the recall repair is done. The manufacturer has told owners to park it.

Rear A/C stopped working at 8k miles. Took it in under warranty. They have zero motors in the U.S. and have not provided a solution. I can not safely transport our children or an elderly woman in 100 degree heat without A/C. They say it is still usable and will not guarantee to pay for rental.
