PASSENGER SIDE SPRING HANGAR ON REAR AXLE BROKE WHILE BEING TOWED ALLOWING LEAF SPRING TO SHIFT TOWARDS THE DRIVER'S SIDE AND ALLOWING PASSENGER REAR TIRE TO CONTACT THE BODY AND FRAME.
