TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FOREST RIVER PRIMETIME SPARTAN. WHILE DRIVING 62 MPH, THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE WHEEL DETACHED AND CAUSED THE AXLE TO FRACTURE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 4,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
