TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 HARLEY DAVIDSON FLST MOTORCYCLE. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT 70 MPH AND DEPRESSING THE BRAKES, THE BRAKES DID NOT ENGAGE.
