WHILE DRIVING THE MOTORCYCLE THE REAR (CONTINENTAL 130/90/16 TK-17, DOT#CPXKNAXP 368) EXPERIENCED A BLOW OUT CAUSING LOSS OF CONTROL AND COLLSION WHICH RESULTED IN ONE FATALITY AND ONE INJURY. *MJS
