INSTRUMENT CLUSTER HOUSING ON 2001 HARLEY SPORTSTER XLS FAILED SPONTANEOUSLY AND COMPLETELY AT 13642 MILES AND 9 YEARS AND THE SPEEDO/TACH NEUTRAL LITE/SIGNAL INDICATOR BAR FLOPPED FORWARD ON TO THE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY.
