What's wrong, in plain English: If steering fails you can lose control of the car. HANDLEBAR TUBE AND HANDLEBAR ARM DO NOT FIT SECURELY BECAUSE THE INSIDE DIAMETER OF THE HANDLEBAR TUBE IS INCORRECT. THIS CAUSES STRESS TO BEAR DIRECTLY ON A PIN.
