THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT CAN'T IDENTIFY THE ISSUE AND DOESN'T WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT. HAS ANYONE ELSE COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS BEFORE? IT HAPPENED ON THE HIGHWAY WHILE DRIVING.
