My car is exhibiting signs of a failed brake actuator. Since I drive well below the average number of miles a year Lexus is refusing to cover any repairs of this brake actuator issue that is a know problem as described in your bulletin L-SB-0009-23. The contact owns a 2015 Lexus LS 460. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the ABS, and the Pre-Collision System (PCS) warning lights illuminated.
