THE CONTACT STATED THAT HIS VEHICLE WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 91V060000 (POWER TRAIN:AXLE ASSEMBLY); HOWEVER, THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WOULD NOT REPAIR THE VEHICLE BECAUSE IT WAS OUT-OF-DATE.
