Fuel line connecting to the gas tank was found completely disconnected, causing a strong gasoline odor, significant spilled gasoline and multiple warning lights including hybrid malfunction. I own a 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser 250 that I purchased in February 2025. Every time it rains, my car develops a strong musty, mildew-like smell inside the cabin. It usually fades after a few days of dry weather. This has been happening since I first got the car. It’s very annoying thing to happen on a new vehicle.
