VW ROUTANS ARE KNOWN BY THE MANUFACTURER TO HAVE THE TOTALLY INTEGRATED POWER MODULE OR "TIPM" FAIL CAUSING THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM TO SHUTDOWN. THIS FAILURE IS RANDOM AND HAPPENS WITH NO WARNING.
