THE SPEEDOMETER AND THE TACHOMETER ON THIS VEHICLE IS REGISTERING 10% LESS THAN INDICATED. CALIBRATION WAS DONE BY ACCURATE GPS, MEASURED DISTANCE AND THE ADDITION OF A PRECISELY CALIBRATED INSTRUMENT.
