TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1996 CHEVROLET S/T. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH WHEN HE APPLIED THE BRAKE PEDAL; THE ANTI-LOCK BRAKES LOCKED WHICH CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO WANDER INTO ANOTHER LANE.
