TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 HARLEY-DAVIDSON FLHR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE'S LICENSE PLATE BRACKET FRACTURED, WHICH CAUSED THE LICENSE PLATE TO FALL OFF THE VEHICLE.
