THE CRUISE CONTROL ON MY 2013 HARLEY DAVIDSON MOTORCYCLE HAS AT TIMES LOCKED THE THROTTLE IN THE FULL OPEN POSITION AND AT OTHER TIMES IT HAS JUST COMPLETELY SHUT THE THROTTLE DOWN.
