WHILE MOVING SLOWLY, APPROXIMATELY 3 MPH, THE RIGHT REAR WHEEL, HUB, AND BRAKE ASSEMBLY BECAME COMPLETELY DETACHED FROM THE VEHICLE. CLOSE INSPECTION SHOWS A FAILURE OF THE REAR AXLE END PIECE WHICH SUPPORTS THE REAR AXLE BEARING.
