What could happen: A short circuit increases the risk of a fire.
The fix: Dealers will reroute the wiring, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 12, 2026. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-522-7599. Forest River's number for this recall is 51-2096.
What to do

- The repair is free. By US law, safety recall repairs cost the owner nothing, no matter the car's age or mileage.
